When Gajanan Kharat, a resident of Aurangabad, received a packet from a leading e-commerce site, he was in for a shock. Instead of the mobile phonethat he ordered, there was a brick in the packet.

According to Kharat, he had placed the order on October 9 and paid Rs 9,134 for it. After placing the order he received a message from the e-commerce company that the product would be delivered in a week’s time.
