Wolves star Diogo Jota admits he would rather stick with Conor Coady than swap him for £80million Harry Maguire

Wolves take on Manchester United on Monday night with the two English centre-backs battling each other.

Maguire joined the Red Devils for a huge £80million this summer after impressing for Hull City and Leicester in the Premier League.

The fee – a world record for a defender – stunned some players, pundits and fans.

Coady, meanwhile, has risen to the top with his current side having joined them in 2015, going from the Championship to Europa League football, while he’s also been on the cusp of an international call-up.

But when asked if he would swap Maguire for Coady or any of the other Wolves defenders, Jota said: “That is some question! I think Harry Maguire has a lot of quality but I know the players that we have in our team and I trust them.”
